Hi there!  Thank you very much for visiting this site and welcome. I have been a sports and fitness fan for many years. After trying everything from Tae Kwon Do to tennis, I started to wonder how effective my workouts really were. That’s how I got into fitness trackers.

Not only got into them, but pretty much tried every one that I could find.  A bit obsessive, but I love both sports and tech.  So these trackers are the perfect thing for me.  What better way to see how I am truly doing? The numbers do not lie.  Now I can help others by sharing what I have learned over the the years.


I am an accomplished athlete and first-degree Black Belt. Seeking new challenges, I works out intensely at the gym (Snap Fitness) 6 days per week. My fitness tracker allows me to see my progress, as well as pushes me to work even harder.

With over a decade of dedication to physical fitness, I simply love to work out, stay healthy, and encourage everyone I know to do the same.  My background includes swimming, baseball, basketball, hockey, and karate.


Of course, there are other ways to track your workout progress and health, but I have not found anything as effective as the latest generation of fitness trackers and wearable technology. And, I want YOU to benefit from my experience.

There is no need for you to waste time or money. Just get faster results by learning from my testing, trials, and errors.


There are many activity monitors and fitness trackers on the market today. It would take a very long time (and lots of money) to try them all. That is why I have done the hard work of separating the good, the bad, and the ugly. Now, you can quickly discover which one best meets your individual needs.
