  1. This site is very inspiring. I can tell you after 7 natural child births, walking is the way to go. I have maitained my weight thankfully, just by walking and stretching exercise. I like your articles, and can’t wait to read and see your pictures. A great addition would be reviews on fitness aps that count steps. One day October last year, I made over 12,000 steps.

      So glad you mentioned the importance of stretching before walking, and any other exercise. I will work on adding new features, including step counting. That is so motivating, don’t you agree?
